Shipping policy

Items ship within 3-5 days of receiving the order. Preorders ship 7-10 days after receiving the order.

Once parcels are with couriers, control is out of our hands. We do our best to track down and assist with missing and stolen parcels.

If the wrong address was entered into the website, Clay Gossip will not be liable for resending to the right address.

USA import fees and tariffs are NOT paid by Clay Gossip, customer is responsible for paying these tariffs. Refunds will not be given due to refusal of paying US tariffs and import fees
